Enwoven Product Updates
We’re constantly working to enhance Enwoven with new features. In this post, we’d like to highlight some of our most recent improvements.
New Platform Enhancements
Threads 2.0
Bulk Upload & Edit
Creator Panel
Expanded File Support for Designers & Developers
Threads 2.0
We’ve expanded our Threads feature to all users. It features multi-file upload, bulk edit of metadata fields, persistent drafts, and rich text input for written responses. This feature makes Threads an even greater collaboration tool to solicit and receive feedback from remote team members and automatically generates key milestones and visualizations.
Bulk Upload and Edit
We’ve enhanced our bulk action functionality. Now you can bulk upload in all content and contribution modes, as well as bulk select in Content, Milestone, and Threads. You can also bulk edit metadata fields in Content, Milestone and Threads. Our desire is to deliver improved upload and metadata editing experiences for users that handle higher volumes of assets.
Creator Panel
We’ve added a creator panel to the top of the dashboard and added commands to the sidebar button to make it even easier to build your Enwoven instance. Depending on your role within your organization, you’ll find "Add Content", "New Collection", "New Group", and "New Thread" creator chips up front on Org and/or User dashboards, which open new modals to increase creation entry points. The sidebar button is available for all users.
Expanded File Support for Designers & Developers
We’ve expanded our file support! Creators working in commonly used creation platforms can upload, store, and download in native file formats and formats that allow non-native users to view 3D files with reduced need for file conversions.
New File Formats: Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, Modo, and other cross-platform 3D file types will be supported in their native file format.
